Tracy has nearly 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She began in IT at Coastal Corporation, then spent seven years at Shell in tech support and project management, where she was part of a leadership program. After leaving Shell to pursue career coaching, her plans shifted when her young son was diagnosed with cancer and she became a full-time caregiver. Returning to work, she spent 15 years at Halliburton leading major transformation initiatives. She then held strategy roles at Sodexo and Intelligent Wellhead Systems, focusing on business growth—a passion she continues to pursue in her current role at Detechtion.
